Can I edit the content in the Appointment Notifications?

The SMS/Email Appointment Notifications are automated and are not customizable.

You can choose to include in your Company Policy everything that you need to remind clients of or any important information that they need to know.

Example: Parking and directions, cancellations & refunds.

This can be done in Settings > Company in your Online Portal.
