Clients are not required to add a Card on File when they log in or register. They will be required to add a Card on File when:
- Booking an appointment for a service that has a deposit required
- Booking an appointment for a service that requires full payment
- Booking an appointment for a service with a cancellation policy requiring a credit card
- Purchasing a package
- Subscribing to a membership
You can view if a client has a Card on File by:
- Clicking on the client’s appointment in your Online Calendar > Checkout. The Card on File will appear as a payment method.
- Searching for the client > Clicking on their name. The card icon in the top right will display a checkmark if the client has a Card on File.
- Clicking the "Account" tab. A Card on File will display if the client has added one.
