If a client reschedules within the allowed timeframe, their deposit/payment will transfer with the appointment.
If a client cancels outside of the Cancellation Policy you have set, Cojilio will charge their Card on File the Cancellation Fee (they will be able to choose if they are charged first).
On your end, you can charge a Cancellation Fee to a clients Card on File by selecting "Cancel Appointment" > Charge Cancellation Fee to saved card (in the Online Calendar & Cojilio Business App)
If a client cancels within the allowed timeframe, Cojilio does not process a refund – Refunds must be processed through your Clover Dashboard (Transactions > Process Refund).
