You can create “independent contractors” as Staff in your Online Portal. This will allow you to assign them to the services they will perform. In the Staff Position, you can control how much they are able to do.
For example: You are assigned to the Administrator position, so you have full control over appointments, services, staff, and clients. If you create a Position for “Independent Contractor” and only want them to be able to create, reschedule, cancel or edit an appointment, you are able to set this.
How to: To create a position
- Click Staff in the side menu
- In "All Positions", click "Add"
- Enter the Position Name
- Toggle ON/OFF which permissions you wish to allow this position
- Click Add

Can I add their Business Account for their payments?
You cannot add their business account for their collected fees. However, you can use the Payroll Reports in your Online Portal to calculate exactly what each staff's payout should be.
