Appointment Colors:
Yellow: Within your Reminder Confirmation SMS Notification timeframe, if a client does not respond to their Confirmation SMS text, their appointment will turn yellow (not confirmed)
Green: A booked appointment.
- Once a client receives their Reminder Confirmation SMS text, and they send “1” to confirm their appointment, their appointment will display as green (confirmed)

Red: A no-show or cancelled appointment
Grey: A completed appointment
Blue: An appointment request
- If you have set a service to have “Confirmation Required” turned ON, it will display as a blue request in your Calendar and will only turn Green once it has been confirmed in the Cojilio Business App

Appointment Icons:
- The icon on an appointment will appear when a client personally selects a specific staff member for their appointment.
- The indicates that the client is subscribed to a Recurring Membership
- The icon indicates that the client has completed an assigned Form.
- The icon indicates that the client did not complete an assigned Form.
- The icon indicates that the client has a Recurring Appointment Series.
- The icon indicates that the appointment has been confirmed, either by the client in the Confirmation SMS, or by staff on behalf of the client
- The icon indicates that the appointment has not been confirmed by the customer in the Confirmation SMS
- The icon indicates that the clients appointment was marked as no-show by staff
How to: Show Legend
Login to your Online Calendar
- At the bottom of the calendar, click the "Show Legend ^"
- The Icons Legend will display
How to: Hide Legend
Login to your Online Calendar
- At the bottom of the calendar, click the "Hide Legend v"
- The Icons Legend will minimize
