If an appointment is not completed in Cojilio, the following will not occur:
- Spend $ Habits are not added to a Clients Profile
- Revenue $ will not be reported in your Cojilio Business Dashboard or Reports
- Clients do not receive their Loyalty Points
- Clients are not able to leave a Review & Tip
How to: Complete an appointment in the Online Calendar
Login to the Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment you wish to complete
- Mark the appointment as Complete
How to: Complete an appointment in the Business App
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)
- Click on the Appointment you wish to complete
- Click Complete
