Ready to create your first Digital Form?! Let's first make sure that you have added forms to your Cojilio subscription: 

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Settings > click Billing in the side menu
• In the Subscription Package section:
  • Check the checkbox for Custom Forms
  • Click Update to save
    • Confirm your Subscription changes

Create a Form

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Forms in the side menu
• Click Add

• Enter your Form Title
  • Optional: Include a Form Description to describe the purpose and intended use of this form
• Drag and drop Form Elements into your Form layout to add and format text, images, files, and other content fields as needed

• Set your Form Rules & Triggers in Settings

• Click Preview to see how your form will look from the clients perspective
  
  • To complete your form at a later time, click Finish Later
• Click Publish, when you have finished creating your form

• The published article will appear as LIVE
  • Your new form will be available for you to use on the Forms page
