Cojilio requires a phone number or email address in order to register a client account, so all customers that have registered on their own will have either of these on file.
You can view a clients' contact information in their Client Profile in the Online Calendar and the Online Portal:
- In your Online Calendar: Click on the client's appointment or search by name/phone/email in the search bar > Click on their name > Their Client Details will display (email, phone, loyalty status, spend history and appointment metrics)
- In your Cojilio Business App: Click on the Clients Icon in your app footer menu > Click on the client's appointment > Click on their name > Their Client Details will display (email, phone, loyalty status, spend history and appointment metrics.
- In your Online Portal: Click Customers in the side menu > Search the customers name > Click on their name > All Client Details will display & are directly editable. Make a change > click Update to save changes
