Currently, clients and staff cannot "reschedule" a participant from a class while transferring their payment. However, there are three options to manage this situation:
Option 1: Book a New Class for the Client
- Book a new class for the client
- In their cart, change the class price to $0
- Add a note: "Paid deposit on (date of original class)."
Option 2: Keep the Regular Price
- Book the class at the regular price
- In the External Payment section, enter the amount they paid to adjust the class balance to $0
Option 3: Contact Cojilio Support
Instead of removing and re-adding the client, you can send an email to the Cojilio Support Team at support@cojilio.com. Include all relevant details, such as:
- Client name
- New class day/time they wish to be moved to
Our support team can assist in moving the participant to the new class along with their payment.
