Can clients purchase Gift Cards through Cojilio?

Currently, Cojilio does not offer Gift Cards; however, they are on our roadmap for future features! In the meantime, you have a couple of alternatives:

1. Sell Clover Gift Cards: If Clover is your payment provider, you can sell Clover Gift Cards.

2. Use a Third-Party Gift Card System: For example, you can utilize systems like Ackroo. When a client wants to use their Gift Card, you can apply an external Gift Certificate payment during the checkout process.

Manual Gift Card Options:

You can also manually sell Gift Cards using one of the following methods:

1. Create the Gift Card as a Clover Item: For instance, create an item named “Gift Card $50.” This product will sync with Cojilio, allowing you to add it to a client’s cart.

2. Create the Gift Card During Checkout: Instead of creating it as an item in Clover, you can add the Gift Card to a client's cart directly during the checkout process.

Important Note:

Since Gift Cards are not yet integrated into the system, they will not be linked to any automated tracking. We recommend adding a Client Note to keep track of when a client purchases a Gift Card and its balance.
