How do I add a young client who does not have their own email or phone number?

The system will not allow a duplicate phone number or email address on a client profile if it is already associated with another client account. In this case, we recommend using an alternative phone number or email address for the young client's profile. Here are some suggestions:

• Home phone number
• Parent's or partner's phone number
• Leave the phone number blank

Note: A phone number OR an email address is required on a client's profile, but not both. Therefore, you can leave either the phone number or the email address blank if needed.
