This Help Guide demonstrates how customers can redeem a service from their package
Redeem from a package in Online Booking
Go to the Online Booking for your service provider
- Click on the service that is included in your package to go through the booking steps
- Redeeming from package is done at the last step of the appointment booking
At the Booking Summary stage, you will see a "Redeem from Package" button. Click on it to redeem this service from your package:
If you do not see a Redeem from Package button, it is for the following reasons:
- The day you selected is not available for package redemptions - for example, the package is not available to be redeemed on Saturdays
- You purchased the package at another location (packages cannot be transferable between locations). You must book the appointment at the location the package was purchased
- Your package has expired
- Your package does not include the service you are booking
Redeem from a package in the Booking App
Go to the Booking App for your service provider
- Click the
icon at the top left to access your Side Menu
- Click My Packages
- Click on the package you wish to redeem
- Click Book Appointment
- Book the appointment as per usual
- At the Booking Summary screen, the package will be automatically redeemed
