If your staff is receiving this error message when attempting to login to the Online Portal, it may because their User Permissions does not allow them to have access:
How to: Adjust Position Permissions
Login to the Online Portal
- Click Staff
- Under All Positions, click on the Position that you wish to grant Business Portal access to
- Turn ON "Business Portal Access"
- Choose which permissions your staff is allowed to have
- Toggle ON = RED
- Toggle OFF = GREY
- Click Update
