Why can't my staff login to the Online Portal?

If your staff is receiving this error message when attempting to login to the Online Portal, it may because their User Permissions does not allow them to have access:

How to: Adjust Position Permissions

Login to the Online Portal

• Click Staff
• Under All Positions, click on the Position that you wish to grant Business Portal access to

• Turn ON "Business Portal Access"
  • Choose which permissions your staff is allowed to have
  • Toggle ON = RED
  • Toggle OFF = GREY

• Click Update
