Option 1: Apply a pre-payment to a single appointment in the PAID line
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment
- Click Edit
- Enter the pre-payment in the PAID line
- Click Save
- The balance will recalculate
Option 2: Apply a pre-payment to a clients' cart in the external payment section
- Click on the appointment
- Click on the client's name
- Click Checkout to go to the client's cart
- In the External Payment section, enter the amount pre-paid
- Click Update
- The balance of the cart will recalculate
