Login to your Online Calendar
- Open the Class
- Select the participant to go to their client profile
- Click on the class in their Upcoming List
- Click Checkout
- In the cart, scroll down to the External Payment section
- Enter the amount that the client has pre-paid in the appropriate payment section (Cash, Visa, Debit, etc)
- Click Update Cart to save changes
- The balance of the cart will recalculate
NOTE: The cart will now reflect the partial payment made by your client and refresh to the new balance owed, which you can check out once the class has been completed!
