How to: Reschedule an appointment in Online Booking

Login to your service providers' Cojilio Online Booking Portal

• Click View Account

• Click on the appointment you wish to reschedule
  • Click Reschedule

• In the "Are you sure?" pop-up message, click Yes

• Select the new date and time you wish to reschedule your appointment to

• Click Reschedule to confirm your changes

How to: Cancel an appointment in Online Booking

Login to your service providers’ Cojilio Online Booking Portal

• Click View Account

• In the Upcoming Appointments list, click on the appointment you wish to cancel
• In the Detail section, scroll to the bottom
  • Click Cancel

• In the Cancel Appointment pop-up, click “Yes, cancel”

Note: If you are outside of your service providers’ cancellation policy, you may be prompted to pay the Cancellation Fee
