How to: Set your Online Booking Theme

Login to your Online Portal

1. Click Settings > Booking Theme 
   1. Set your company bio
   2. Upload your slider images
   3. Set your colour scheme

1. Click Update to save your changes

How to: Navigate the Online Booking Makeover

Book Section:

• Click Book Now or the Book button at the top
  
  • This will direct you to the service categories
• Select a Service Category
  • • This will direct you to the service list
• Select Service
  • Add-ons pop-up will appear
• Select an Add-on (optional)
  • Click Continue
  • The Calendar will appear

• Once the Calendar Appears, select a day
  • The available timeslots will appear
• Select a Time
  • Click Continue

Shop Section:

• Click the Shop section
• In the Packages section, select a Package Category
• Select a Package
• Click "View Details" to view the package details
• Click Continue if you wish to purchase the package

• In the Memberships section, select a Membership
• Click "View Details" to view the Membership details
• Click Continue if you wish to purchase the package

1. In the Products section, select the product you wish to purchase
2. Click on the product photo to view the product details
3. Click Continue if you wish to purchase the product

Cart Section:

• Click the Cart section
• In the Cart section, any items in your cart will display here

Sign In Section:

• Click the Sign In section
• In the Sign In section, clients can:
  • Login with an existing account
  • Register a new account

Booking Summary Screen:

• The Summary Screen will display Client Contact Information and Service Details:
  • Service, Provider, Location, Date and Time
  • Price, Deposit, Client Payment Card (Saved Card or PayPal), Subtotal, Tax, Total
• The Book button will be disabled until the following is accepted:
  • The Cancellation Policy (if the service has one)
• Once you check "I agree" to the policy, the Book button will be enabled
• You will view the Confirmation Screen and receive a Confirmation Email for your booking
