Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client you wish to checkout
- Click the Checkout button at the bottom of the Appointment Details screen
- At the bottom of the client’s cart, click Send to Terminal.
- A screen will prompt you to download and install the Payment Bridge Application
- This application facilitates communication between your Ingenico device and the Online Calendar
- Click Install to begin the download and installation process
- A separate application will open automatically
If you cannot view the application:

- Check your desktop menu and locate the Payment Bridge application
- Minimize any open browsers or windows to locate the application
- Upon opening, the application will begin searching for connected devices.
If the devices are not on the same network: A message will display prompting you to configure both your computer (where the Online Calendar is open) and the Ingenico device to the same Wi-Fi network:
- Once devices are on the same network, click Refresh to continue scanning
- When the devices are successfully connected, a confirmation message will appear
- A pop-up will display on the Ingenico device prompting the client to make a payment
- Once the client completes the payment successfully, a confirmation message will appear on the screen
- Click Close on the Payment result pop-up to complete the cart
Trouble Shooting:
Error: "Something went wrong"
- This error likely occurs if the Payment Bridge application is not open. Ensure the application is running before starting any cart transactions:
Message: "Looking for payment terminals"
- If the Online Calendar is stuck on this message, click Cancel and try clicking Send to Terminal again:
