How to: Add a Package through Checkout
Log in to your Online Calendar
- To add a package to an existing cart, open an existing appointment
- Click Checkout to add a package
- Add a package to a clients cart in the Additional Items Section
- Start typing the package name and a drop-down list will appear for you to quick select from
- The price of the package can be edited to any amount
- Click Update Cart
How to: Add a Package through the Client Profile
Login to your Online Calendar
- Search for the client whose profile you wish to add a package to
- Click on their name
- Their Client Profile will display
- Click the Packages tab
- Click + ADD NEW button to add a package
- The client name, location name and payment method will be automatically selected
- From the dropdown list, select the package the client wishes to purchase
- Select the expiration date
- "Expires" will follow the expiration rules set on the package
- "No expiry" will not allow the package to expire
- Click Purchase to sell the package and have it added to their Client Profile
- Optional: Click Add manually (no payment) if you wish to add the package but not charge the client
- A success message will display once the package has been successfully purchased
- The package will now display on the Client Profile!
