Login to your Online Calendar
- Select the appointment you wish to cancel
Note: You can only use the Cancel Appointment option if the appointment hasn't occurred yet.
- At the bottom of the appointment details, click Cancel Appointment
- A Cancel Appointment pop-up will appear
- Click Yes, cancel to cancel the appointment
- The Cancellation Penalty pop-up will appear
- The provider has the choice to either not charge the client by clicking No, do not charge or charge the client by clicking Yes, charge client
- The Status of their Appointment will display as Cancelled
- In Client Activity, it will display that the client has been charged the Cancellation fee for cancelling this appointment
