Login to your Online Calendar
- To start a new cart, click New Checkout
- To access an existing cart (for a client that has appointments booked):
- Select any appointment (past, today & future)
- Click Checkout to open the clients cart
Each client can only have 1 cart at a time.
- All Open Appointments (within the last 14 days) will be in their cart

How to: Enter Payment Method
- If the client is paying their balance with Cash/Debit/Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Payment on an external POS:
- Enter it in the External Payment section
- Click Close
How to: Charge card on file
- To charge the balance to a clients card on file, select the card to be charged:
- Click Close
How to: Send cart to Clover Terminal
- To send the cart to your Clover POS Terminal for the client to pay through:
- Click Send to Terminal
- The clients cart will now display in your Ready for Checkout list in your Clover Terminal App
How to: Complete & Checkout Multiple Appointments
- New Checkout allows you to checkout multiple appointments at a time
- This is convenient for clients who either had more than one service, or want to pay for appointments they have in advance
- To remove an appointment from the cart, de-select the green checkbox
- Click Update Cart for the total to recalculate
- Un-selected appointments will be available to checkout anytime
How to: Add Additional Items (products, services, add-ons & packages)
- When adding Additional Services, Products or Add-ons enter:
- The name (existing or new)
- The quantity (minimum 1)
- The price
Past, Today & Future Appointments:
- If the client has an Open Appointment within the last 14 days, it will display at the top of their cart in the "Past Appointments" section
- Appointments for "Today" will display in the "Todays Appointments" Section
- All appointments booked in the future will display in Future Appointments and will be default unselected
- If the client would like to pre-pay for a future appointment(s) during this checkout, select the appointment:
- Click Update Cart to add it to their cart
How to: Checkout Clients for Products Only
- Click New Checkout
- Enter Client
- Click Start Sale
- To add products to your cart:

- Enter the product name
- Enter the quantity
- Minimum quantity: 1
- Enter the price of the product
- Price can be set to $0
- For clients purchasing more than 1 product, click +add item
- There is no limit to how many additional items you wish to add
- Click Update Cart for the total to recalculate
How to: Sell / Checkout a Package
You can now add a package to an existing cart, or start a new cart and add a package
Example:
Client Nicole is being checked out for 2 services and she would like to purchase a package.
Add the package to her checkout:

Client Sierra has no open appointments, she has come in to purchase a package.
- Click New Checkout
- Select the client
- Click Start Sale
- Add the package to empty cart
- Update Cart
- Checkout (Close with Balance of $0)
- Checkout Completed Confirmation message will display
- Sell and checkout a package by typing the name of the package in the additional items text box
- The price of the package can be edited to any amount
- Click Update Cart for the total to recalculate
- After the package is bought and checked out, the client will be able to redeem it at any time
How to: Redeem from a Client's Package
Once the package is purchased, it can be redeemed immediately by either the client or admin
- If you would like to pre-book and redeem from the clients package, click New Checkout
- Book the appointment(s) to be redeemed from package
- Click Checkout
- Click Redeem to Redeem the services from their package
- Balance will be $0 > complete the checkout by clicking Close
- If not, the package can be redeemed for future appointments
Note: After a package is purchased, their expiry period begins
How to: Add a Discount
- Add a discount (by dollar amount $ or by percentage %)
Note: Discount will apply to all items in the cart
- After a discount has been added, click Update for the discount to apply
- The new subtotal and total will be re-calculated to include the discount

How to: Redeem Loyalty Points (on behalf of the client)
- Select the Discount Code
- Click Update Cart for the total to recalculate
How to: Send a Clients Invoice after Checkout
- After the client has paid and their cart is closed, you can email the client their invoice
