Log in to your Online Calendar
- Select the appointment you wish to cancel
- Note: you can only use the Cancel Appointment option if the appointment hasn't occurred yet
- The Cancel Appointment button will appear at the bottom of the appointment details
- Once you have clicked Cancel Appointment, a Cancel Appointment pop-up will appear
- Click Yes, cancel to cancel the appointment
- Click No to not cancel the appointment
- After clicking Yes, cancel to cancel the appointment, the Cancellation Penalty pop-up will appear
- You have the option to either not charge the client by clicking No, do not charge or charge the client by clicking Yes, charge client
- Once the provider has decided whether to charge the client, the Status of their Appointment will display as Cancelled
