Log in to your Online Calendar
- Select the appointment you wish to mark as No-Show
- The Complete, Late & No Show buttons will only appear on appointments today or in the past

- You cannot No-Show or Late an appointment that is in the future

- To Cancel the Appointment + Mark the client as No-Show, click No Show
- A No Show Pop-up will appear
- Click Cancel to not mark the client at No Show
- Click Confirm to not mark the client at No Show
- A No Show Pop-up will appear
- After clicking Yes, cancel to cancel the appointment, the Cancellation Penalty pop-up will appear
- The provider has the option to either not charge the client by clicking No, do not charge or charge the client by clicking Yes, charge client
- A green success message will appear at the top of the appointment details, which will display as Cancelled - No Show
