Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment you wish to mark as Complete
- If the appointment is Today, the Complete, Late & No Show buttons will appear
- To mark the appointment as completed, click the Complete button
- If the appointment is in the future, you are only able to Cancel the appointment
- The Complete button will only appear when the appointment is in the past or today
- If the appointment has an unpaid balance, a Client has not paid yet pop-up will appear
- Add Tip: If the client has tipped, add the tip in the text box to include it in your Sales Reporting & Tracking
- Select how they paid: Enter how the client paid their balance (Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit, or External Payment App)
- Click Confirm to close the appointment
- Once you've clicked Confirm, the Appointment Status will be marked as Complete
- You're able to see the Paid & Tip calculated & displayed
- The Completed Activity Row will appear in Activity List
What happens if I do not complete an appointment?
If you do not Complete the appointment, the following will not occur:
- Client receives their loyalty points
- Client metrics are updated with the appointment price
- Client will not receive Leave Review & Tip
- Business Dashboard Metrics are updated with the appointment information
