Login to your Online Portal
- Go to Services in the side menu
- In the Service List, click on the Service you wish to assign a Cancellation Policy to
- Go to the Cancellation Policy + No-Show/Cancel Fee Tab

- Set your Cancellation Policy Time-frame from the drop-down list of options
- Enter your Cancellation Policy Message for your clients to view and accept when booking
- Toggle ON Credit Card Required to set a Cancellation Fee and No-Show Fee amount to charge clients when they cancel or no-show
- Enter the Cancellation Charge Amount $
- Enter the No-Show Fee Amount $
- Check OFF "Same as Cancellation Fee" if you want the No-Show Fee to be the same as the Cancellation Charge Amount set
- Click Update to save your Cancellation/No-Show Policy for this service
