You can allow a staff member to send push notifications to clients through their business app. This is set in their User Permissions
Has your staff member been assigned to a Position with permission to send push notifications?
How to: Assign Staff to a Position
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Click the staff member
- In User Details section, ensure they are assigned to a position
- If they are not, select a Position
- Click Update
How to: Edit Position Permissions

- To ensure that position has the authority to send push notifications, click Staff in the side menu
- In the Positions section, click the position
- In the Upload section, switch Send Push / SMS to On
