You can allow a staff member to view only their appointments, or all appointments. This is set in their User Permissions
Has your staff member been assigned to a Position with permission to view all appointments?
How to: Assign Staff to a Position
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Click the staff member
- In User Details section, ensure they are assigned to a position
- If they are not, select a Position
- Click Update
How to: Edit Position Permissions

- To ensure that position has the authority to view all appointments, click Staff in the side menu
- In the Positions section, click the position
- In the User Permissions section, switch View All Appointments to On if you would like them to view All Company Appointments
- Switch View All Appointments Off if you want them to only view their appointments
