How can I allow my staff to create or edit services?

Has your staff member been assigned to a Position with permission to edit staff?

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Staff in the side menu
• Click the staff member

• In User Details section, ensure they are assigned to a position
  • If they are not, select a Position
• Click Update

• To ensure that position has the authority to create and edit services, click Staff in the side menu
• In the Positions section, click the position

• In the User Permissions section, switch Create Services and Edit Services to On if you would like them to be able to create and edit services
• Switch Create Services and Edit Services to Off if you do not want them to be able to create or edit services

• Click Update
