Has your staff member been assigned to a Position with permission to create or edit services?
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Click the staff member
- In User Details section, ensure they are assigned to a position
- If they are not, select a Position
- Click Update
- To ensure that position has the authority to create or edit services, click Staff in the side menu
- In the Positions section, click the position
- In the User Permissions section, switch Create Services and Edit Services to On if you would like them to be able to create and edit services
- Switch Create Services and Edit Services to Off if you do not want them to be able to create or edit services
- Click Update
