Is the service activated? Activating a service will make it visible to book in your Booking App
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Services in the side menu
- Click on the service
- At the top, ensure the service is active
- If it is not active, click Activate
Are your custom hours for this service outside of your Locations hours? If you set custom hours for this service, ensure they are within your open hours
- Click Services in the side menu
- Click on the service
- Go to Availability
- If custom is selected, ensure the hours set are within your Open Hours
