Did you set the Equipment Availability Hours?
- Click Equipment in the side menu
- Select the equipment
- In the Resource Availability section, ensure at least one day is switched “available” for this equipment to be active
- Set the availability hours
- Click Update
Is the equipment assigned to the same location(s) as the service?
- Go to Equipment in the side menu
- Select the equipment
- In the Resource Details section, ensure the correct location is selected
Is a User assigned to use this equipment? The user(s) assigned to the service must also be assigned to the equipment
- Click Equipment in the side menu
- Select the equipment
- In the Resource Details section, ensure the correct user is assigned
