Login to your Online Portal
Check their User Details to ensure their email address was spelled correctly
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Click on the staff member
- In the User Details section, check the spelling of their email address
- Edit if needed
- Click Update
- Ask them to check their junk/spam folders in case their settings blocked their welcome email
Did you activate them? Make sure you check “enabled” in the User Details screen
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Select the staff member
- In the User Details section, ensure the user is enabled
