Are you missing required information? Ensure all required fields are filled in
Did you assign them to a Location? A staff member cannot be created without being assigned to at least one location
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Click on the Staff who you wish to assign to a location
- Assign them to a location
- Click Update
Has their email address or phone number already been used? An email address and phone number can only be assigned to one staff member
