How to connect your PayPal Account

Connect your PayPal Account in your Online Portal 

• Click Settings > Payment in the side menu 
• In the PayPal Provider Setup, enter your PayPal Secret Key and Publishable Key 
• Click Enable

• Please ensure your PayPal apps are set to "LIVE", not "Sandbox", before you copy them
  • If you are in Sandbox, your PayPal will not connect to your account

 

How to: Retrieve your Secret Key & Publishable Key from PayPal

• Go to PayPal
• If you have a PayPal account, login
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, sign Up

• On the dashboard, go to My Apps & Credentials
• Make sure you have the app set to Live
• Click on Create App

• Enter your App Name
  • You can use your business name
• Click Create App, this will generate they keys you need for the Online Portal

• Copy the Client ID, this will be your Publishable Key

• Click on Show to see your Secret Key
• Copy your Secret Key
