You can allow a staff member to view only their clients (Clients that have previously booked appointments with them) or all clients (all registered clients). This is set in their User Permissions
Has your staff member been assigned to a Position with permission to view all clients?
How to: Assign Staff to a Position
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Staff in the side menu
- Click the staff member
- In User Details section, ensure they are assigned to a position
- If they are not, select a Position
- Click Update
How to: Edit Position Permissions

- To ensure that position has the authority to view all clients, click Staff in the side menu
- In the Positions section, click the position
- In the Clients section, switch View All Clients to On

- Click Update
