Is the package activated? Activating a package will make it visible to purchase in your app
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Services in the side menu
- Click the Packages tab
- Click on the Package
- At the top, ensure the Package is active
- If it is not active, click Activate
Is the package expired?
- Click Services in the side menu
- Click the Packages tab
- Click on the Package
- Check the expiration date
- If it is in the past, the package will not be visible or available for purchase on the app
Has the maximum amount of packages been sold? If you set a max for the amount of packages you would like to sell, once the max is reached the package is no longer visible on the app
- Click Services in the side menu
- Click the Packages tab
- In the table, check the Purchased amount
