I can’t assign equipment to a service

Did you set the Equipment Availability Hours?

• • Click Equipment in the side menu
  • Select the equipment
  • In the Resource Availability section, ensure at least one day is switched “available” for this equipment to be active
  • Set the availability hours
  • Click Update

Is the equipment assigned to the same location(s) as the service?

      • Select the equipment
      • In the Resource Details section, ensure the correct location is selected

Is a User assigned to use this equipment? The user(s) assigned to the service must also be assigned to the equipment.
