I can't add a location / a new location isn't saving

Are you missing required information?

• A location will not be created without the required fields filled in
  • Ensure you have provided a Location Name, Contact Information (First & Last Name of Manager/Owner) Email, Address, Country, State/Province, City, Zip/Postal and at least one phone number

Did you create the Hours of Operation?

• Once the Location is created the Hours section will appear below, defaulted to Closed every day
  • You must have at least one open day for a location to be active

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Locations
• Click on the Location

• Scroll down to Hours of Operation 
• Set your Hours of Operation

• Click Update to save your changes
