How to Connect Your Clover Merchant ID Account to an Existing Cojilio Subscription
If You Created a Subscription through Cojilio Buy Now:

When connecting your Clover Merchant ID Account, ensure you select "Connect Existing" since you already have an existing Cojilio subscription.
Note: If you select a paid tier instead, this will result in a duplicate subscription being created.
If You Created a Subscription through the Clover App Market:
- Your Clover Merchant ID Account is already connected.
- You do not need to create a subscription through Cojilio Buy Now.
What to Do if You Accidentally Created a Duplicate Subscription
If you created a duplicate subscription, you will receive four Welcome Emails with different 4-digit Business ID numbers (for example, 1578). The Cojilio Support Team (support@cojilio.com) will also reach out.
To eliminate a duplicate subscription:
- Respond to the Cojilio Support Team (support@cojilio.com) or reach out for further assistance.
