How to: Cancel a Recurring Appointment Series
Login to your Online Calendar
- Search for or click on the appointment for the client whose Recurring Appointment Series you wish to cancel
- In the Appointment Details screen, the Recurring Appointment Series details will display
- Click the 3-dot icon beside the Recurring Appointment Series details to cancel the Recurring Appointment Series
- Click Cancel Series
- In the "Starting from" section, set the date for when the cancellation should take effect
- If you want the cancelled Recurring Appointment Series completely removed from the Online Calendar, check off "Remove appointments from calendar"
- If this option is not selected, the Recurring Appointment Series will display in the Online Calendar as red (cancelled)
- If you want the customer to receive an email notification about the cancellation, check "Send email notification to customer."
- A success confirmation pop-up will display once the cancellation has been made
- The Recurring Appointment Series cancellation (date/time, staff) will display in the Appointment Details > Activity section
Note: If a staffs' assigned Position Permissions have "Reschedule appointments", "Edit appointments" or "Cancel appointments", this will affect what the staff can/cannot adjust in a Recurring Appointment Series.
