Now you can link forms/waivers/surveys directly to your website for clients to fill out, without booking an appointment. Clients are able to create an account + fill out form/waiver/survey without having to book an appointment. The form/waiver/survey will be saved on their client profile + your business will receive an Email/SMS/Business App notification alert notifying you of the new submission.
