NEW! How to Cancel "Add Time" and "Remove Time" from Staffs' Schedules

How to: Cancel Added Time (Regular)

Login to your Online Calendar

• In Week View or Day View, click on the added time you wish to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Added Time" to cancel added time

• The "Are you sure?" pop-up will display with the added time details

• Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation of the added time
  • The cancelled added time will now disappear from your Online Calendar 

Note: Cancelling Added Time will cancel and permanently delete the added availability to the resources schedule for the selected day(s).

How to: Cancel Added Time (Recurring)

Login to your Online Calendar

• In Week View or Day View, click on the recurring added time you wish to cancel
• Select whether you want to "Cancel this slot only" or "Cancel this entire series"

• The "Are you sure?" pop-up will display with the recurring added time details

• Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation of the added time
  • The cancelled added time will now disappear from your Online Calendar 

Note: Cancelling Added Time will cancel and permanently delete the added availability to the resources schedule for the selected day(s).

Login to your Online Calendar

• In Week View or Day View, click on the removed time you wish to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Removed Time" to cancel removed time

• The "Are you sure?" pop-up will display with the removed time details

• Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation of the removed time
  • The cancelled removed time will now disappear from your Online Calendar
