How do I create a Couples Massage service?

Cojilio does support booking multiple staff at a time for one single service. Our suggestion is to create a "Massage Room" as an equipment item and assign it to the service to accommodate the availability into your capacity. This way when a customer books the couple massage, no one else will be able to book it at the same time.

How to set this up:

Login into your Online Portal

• Click Equipment in the side menu
• Create the Equipment for 2 Massage Rooms
• Assign the Massage Rooms Equipment (required 2) to the Couples Massage service
  • For all other massage services, only assign 1 Massage Rooms Equipment

Once a customer books a couple massage, 1/2 staff can go into the Online Calendar and block the slot of the massage so they wont be booked for another service during the couple massage.

How to do so:

Login into the Online Calendar

• Go to the date of the massage
• Click on the time you wish to block the slot for
• Click "Block Availability" to create a blocked slot
