1. Sales Report
All transactions are run through Cojilio and are tracked in the Cojilio Sales Report (which displays the payment types, such as Visa, Debit, Amex, MC, Cash)
Login to your Online Portal
- The Sales Reconciliation Dashboard will display when you first login or by clicking your Business Name in the top left-hand side
- Click 1d, 1w, 4w, 1y, Mtd, Qtd, Ytd, All Time or a specific day or date range
- Beside "Sales Reconciliation", click the purple Export button to export to an Excel file
2. Payroll Report
The Payroll Report provides you with a comprehensive breakdown of sales and commissions earned across staff members, which you can utilize to manage your payroll periods.
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Reports in the side menu
- Click Payroll
- In the Payroll Section, you can:
- Generate a report based on Date Range, Location, Staff, All Open/Completed Appointments
- In your report, you will be able to see:
- The # of Services
- The # of Customers Served
- Services Sale
- Add-on Sales
- Package Sales
- Total Sales
- Gratuity
- Hourly
- Hours Scheduled
- Hours Clocked
- Salary Payout
- Commission
- You can Export a report to keep track of Staff Payroll Reports.
- To view the Appointment and Cart Breakdown, select "Display appointment and cart breakdown" for a full list of all appointments and cart items for that staff during that date range
Important to note: The "Display appointment and cart breakdown" is only available for 1 staff at a time.
2. Package Redemptions
The Package Redemptions Report allows you to view total redemptions and remaining redemptions for clients that have purchased your packages.
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Reports in the side menu
- Click Package Redemptions
- In your report, you will be able to see:
- Package Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Purchased On
- Expires On
- Total Redeemable
- Redeemed
- Redemptions Left
- In the dropdown, select the Package you wish to view a breakdown of
- Click Generate
- Click Export to export to an excel file
- Toggle ON "Include Inactive Packages" to view inactive packages in the report
- Toggle ON "Include Expired Packages" to view expired packages in the report
3. Management Agenda / Forecast Report (Online Portal online.cojilio.com > Reports > Management Agenda / Forecast
4. "Today's Agenda" and "Tomorrow's Agenda" (Online Calendar calendar.cojilio.com > "Today's Agenda" and "Tomorrow's Agenda" buttons in the top right-hand side)
