When a refund is processed through Clover, it is not connected to Cojilio, that is why it is best to reference Clover Sales Reporting as 100% of your sales revenue.
Clover Reporting displays:
- All true revenue (with sales from Cojilio or outside of Cojilio (collected on your Clover POS) + all Clover refunds deducted
Cojilio Reporting displays:
- All transactions/payments for appointments/packages/memberships in Cojilio
- Clover refunds not calculated, those show in Clover sales reporting
- External purchases (from Clover "Register" in POS, not Cojilio Checkout) not calculated
