All Client Notes and Appointment History can be included in the "Notes" column of the Cojilio Customer Import Template - This will allow you to import any relevant or important information for a specific client into the system.
How to: Add Notes during Client Import
- In the Customer Import Templates "Notes" column, add any relevant notes or appointment history
How to: Import Client List into Cojilio
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Customers in the side menu
- Click Import Client List
- Click Upload New Clients
- Upload a .csv customer list file
- Click Choose File if your client list is in the correct template and format
- Click Download the Customer Import Template if you need to use the template to ensure you have the correct format

How to: View imported Client Notes in Cojilio + Add New Notes
You can view Client Notes in your Online Portal or Online Calendar.
Option #1: In your Online Calendar:
- Search for the customer
- Click on their name
- Their Customer Profile will display
- Click the Notes tab to view imported notes/appointment history
Option #2: In your Online Portal:
- Click Customers in the side menu
- Search for the imported customer
- Click on their name
- Their Customer Profile will display
- Scroll down to the Customer Notes section to view imported notes/appointment history
