Can I add notes to a completed form?

Currently, client forms can only be filled out by customers - On your end, you are able to review their responses to the form questions. You can download and print the form to add your own notes, or creating a Client Note in a Client Profile.

For example: Laser Treatment Form filled out April 18th - Notes: Less sensitivity to laser, prominent issues with hyper-pigmentation, etc.

You also have the ability to create staff forms, that staff can fill out. These can be created in your Online Portal (online.cojilio.com) > Forms. In the Form Rules, set the Form as a "Staff Form"
