How can I close an appointment as paid through my previous booking system?

We would suggest creating an External Payment method labelled "Previous booking system" so you can complete those appointments as paid through your previous booking system.

You can create this label in your Online Portal (https://online.cojilio.com/): Click Settings > Company > Under the Payment & Appointment Controls tab, create a new label under "Additional External Payment Types" > Click Update.
