You have the option to mark a client as “Late” on their appointment – By marking a clients appointment as late, it will allow you to keep track of how many appointments they have been late to.
From there, you can decide if you want to allow the client to be able to continue to book appointments, or if you want to enforce a late fee (i.e., you can add a late fee in the clients cart and charge them the next time they come for an appointment)

To add a Late Fee to a Cart:
- Go to your Online Calendar (calendar.cojilio.com)
- Click on the clients appointment > Click Checkout
- Under “Additional Items”, type in Late Fee and the associated price
- Update Cart
