Can I print or save my forms?

In your Online Calendar, you can assign the forms to a test client account to print. Instructions below!

• You can create a test account with [e-mail]
• Search for cc1 in your Online Calendar > Click on the name > Click the Forms tab > Click "Assign Form" > Select form to assign (do not select Email/SMS, just click "Send Form") 
• Once the form has been assigned, click the 3 dot icon
• Click "Copy Form URL"
• Enter the Form URL in a new tab
• The blank form will display
• In your browser menu, click the "Print" option to print the pages
